Marble Dyed Tote (Ages 16+)

from 80.00

This class is held on Tuesday, August 20th from 6:30pm-9:30pm, and will begin promptly.

This 2.5 hour class is for beginners who are eager to learn how to marble dye fabric and create their own tote! We will cover the basics of marbling such as creating a size, prepping fabric, pattern techniques, and sewing a simple tote with grommets and a rope handle. If you would prefer to marble a pre-finished tote we will have those available as well. Paper will be provided to allow for a few more pulls in different colors and patterns and you can utilize the papers you marble for our bookbinding classes! All the necessary materials you need for the class will be provided, you are also able to purchase the class with a take home marbling kit for an additional 50$ so that you can continue your marbling after you leave our workshop. If you’d like to purchase the class now and the marble kit the night of your class we can ring your purchase up that night in store!
